An AI engineer turned founder, Sujith built self-driving technology at Lucid Motors and Bosch before founding Nava AI to help immigrants navigate the legal system. Working closely with immigration lawyers revealed a larger problem: legal teams were overwhelmed by email. That insight became Candle, where he leads product vision, company strategy, and growth.

A former practicing attorney who moved into product, previously at Legalpad (acquired by Deel) and INSZoom (acquired by Mitratech). Led member experience at MetLife Legal Plans, serving 5M+ members, before co-founding Candle.
